Database mistakes made by an agent tend to surface late, as a slow query or a migration that cannot be undone. These skills give the agent Postgres rules to check its work against before it writes a schema or a query.

One of them fetches part of its instructions from the vendor's website when it runs, so the pinned copy here is not the whole of what the agent follows. The record says which.
