You're priced on what a capsule actually costs to hold — its vectors — not on queries, which are effectively free. Included allowances are hard limits rather than metered overage: we warn at 80%, and past 110% new queries are refused until the period resets or you move up a tier. You are never billed past your plan without choosing it. Your data is never deleted over billing — downgrading or cancelling keeps every capsule, source and passage.
